Dearest all!!!
this is rather last min, but due to lack of time, just before my tentative date of departure, I've booked my IPPT date, 10Jan2007, which is tmr, at Maju Camp.
I'm not sure how things are gonna turn out cos I've not done serious running since my treadmill test in nov... after that I only ran once on a treadmill... so I've seriously lost touch with running. so am not too sure how I'm gonna fair tmr...
